They lost my wife's rings when we sent them of for repair and then on a separate occasion they threw her rings in the trash. This place has the worst customer service here. Unfortunately for us I have a lifetime warranty with them so I will have to deal with them twice a year. My advice is don't shop here unless you like being treated like trash.
