  They suck! They are terrible. My husband and I went in with out phones and asked if we could get them set up and have a phone plan...but nooo they wouldnt help us because we didnt buy one of their phones. So they pretty much wont help you unless you spend money on whats in their store and their products. Absolutely pathetic service. I dont reccomend them at all. Go to the real sprint store. They are amazing.

  Chris (The "Manager" What a joke) lied about what I would be paying per month, was considerably more than what I was quoted (on a 2 gig plan for 2 phones and a tablet, used that in 1 week). I was also told that I wouldn't have to turn in my lady's phone, that was a lie, sprint charged me $300 until I turned the phone in (Which was completely paid off from another carrier) I honestly am surprised that sprint would let these pricks use their name! Save yourself the headache and walk past the location in the mall!
