  Took my iPhone 5c to have a cracked screen. They fixed it in an hour and it worked fine for 5 days. The fixed phone in an otter box case resting on the table and the screen cracked. The touch screen wouldn't recognize touch. High tides won't warranty their work because there was "physical damage". Now I have to pay for somewhere to fix it. Update 5/30/2017- I was contacted by the manager to come in and see if a solution could be made. The manager acknowledge the cracked screen but couldn't find an installation error. As a result, the fixed the screen again for a small fee. It has been over a week and the phone works. I appreciate their customer service in trying to work with their customers.
