  Great shopping area. My daughter's dentist is here. I get my nails done right next door. I shop at Ross, Michael's, and The Vitamin Cottage. TO Max is alright and I love the pet store. Such a good are. There restaurants and a sporting good store. It's pretty much an outdoor mall.

  Typical shopping mall, very large for the geographic area it serves. Only a few minutes from anywhere in Grand Junction. Comprehensive compliment of stores with good parking. Many surrounding restaurants and other stores about it's perimeter making it a one stop shopping destination for all but groceries. It appears to be the only shopping mall in Grand Junction.
