  Lie to customer? Yes. Make promises they don't keep, then pretend they never made said promise? Yes sir. Wreck new PC components, with no actual explanation that makes any sense? Check. Call customers when they say they will, when something goes wrong, or when work is kinda sorta complete? Nope. 1 year old system running slower than my 7 year old HP after the finished it? Yup. Windows installed well and checked? Nope. MB driver update suggested by manufacture immediately after set up, to avoid critical failures installed? Not a chance. Seemingly nice guys? Yes. Cheap prices? Yes. Would I ever take anything to be built or repaired there again? Absolutely not. If it was worth the effort, I would take these guys to small claims court. Seriously, if you screw up... Just man up and admit it. Replace what you ruined, rather than lying to your customers. Is saving yourself a few hundred dollars worth getting a review like this, and losing a new customer? No.
