  Went in as a first time customer, found a 360 hard drive which was great, also found a really nice bike I wanted, so I put it on layaway, without being informed that there were no refunds,and no cancellations at the time of purchase by the clerk I spoke with. Now I'm out 60$ for a layaway under a month old. I can understand a cancellation Fee, or a finance charge like a pawn ticket, but keeping the entire 60$ for a layaway Less than a month or just at a month old is messed up. Needless to say, First and Last time customer. Thanks for the service. SMFH. (Maybe in the future make sure you train your associates to inform the customer at the time of layaway purchase to actually mention the no refunds, no cancellation clause of your store. )
