His ring was too big and kept falling off- Cooley designs took it down a size it as we waited and watched. He took time to make sure all the diamonds were secure and fixed the loose ones. He was very fast, concise and professional. He also polished my aunts wedding ring while they were waiting. Will come here again for all my repairs.
