  They have stuff, but mostly not what you need. If you want storage containers, they'll have them...but probably not the matching lids. Probably those lids sold out and will be in in 3 weeks. Same goes for disposables, they maybe used to carry something you use, but not this week. So, inventory is really sporadic and scattered (although my recent visit had the store at least internally organized in a better fashion..that was good) but some spatulas, tongs, scoops are here. I'd love it if we could get a restaurant supply store that isn't someone's semi-retirement project so I could stop using distributors/internet and support local, but GJ doesn't have that yet.
